Because many of our products are made to order specifically for each customer, returns and refunds are handled according to the circumstances outlined below.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, size, color, or design due to our fulfillment process, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work to correct the issue.
Size Exchanges
Please review all sizing information carefully before ordering.
Because many products are made to order, we cannot guarantee exchanges or refunds for incorrect size selection by the customer.
If you have sizing concerns before ordering, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
Once production has started, orders may not be canceled.
Non-Returnable Items
The following generally cannot be returned:
- Custom products
- Personalized items
- Made-to-order apparel
- Items showing normal wear or misuse
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
